TEP's vision is to overcome attainment barriers in primary education in eastern Uganda through empowering educators with key professional and infrastructural resources.

Since 2013, we've built a network for sharing effective pedagogies among rural Ugandan schools, provided continued professional development training (CPD) and have delivered essential resources to schools, such as classrooms and water systems. We are advocating for learning driven by inquiry, and working to create positive learning environments which champion pupil participation and engagement.
